Usually instant. Companies House and work email-domain are checked automatically. If anything does not match, an admin reviews it within 1-2 working days.
What do I need to get verified?
Your Companies House registration number and a work email at your company domain. Insurance and quality certifications are optional uploads that strengthen your profile and Trust Score but are not required for the Verified badge.
What happens if my insurance expires?
If you upload insurance, we email you reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry so you can keep the document fresh on your profile for buyers to see.
