Ricky Kelly joins Industrial Connected as Commercial Manager

Industrial Connected is pleased to welcome Ricky Kelly as Commercial Manager, supporting our work to help UK manufacturing and engineering businesses find suppliers, showcase their capabilities and build commercial relationships.

Ricky will work with buyers and suppliers to understand their requirements, introduce the platform and help businesses make use of the opportunities available through Industrial Connected.

Ricky brings experience across business development, account management and project management. His background includes recruiting procurement and supply-chain professionals for UK engineering and manufacturing businesses, giving him insight into the people and relationships supporting the sector.

He has also founded and run a property renovation and management business in France, managing budgets, contractors, project timelines and supplier relationships. His experience combines commercial relationship management with the practical responsibilities of running a business and coordinating projects.

At Industrial Connected, Ricky will support buyer engagement and supplier growth, helping businesses understand where the platform can add value to their sourcing and business development activities.

For buyers, Industrial Connected provides a place to post sourcing requirements free of charge and connect with relevant UK suppliers. For suppliers, the platform offers a way to showcase their products, services and expertise to businesses looking for those capabilities.

Ricky’s appointment strengthens the team supporting these connections, with a focus on understanding requirements, maintaining communication and helping businesses take their next steps.
