At Birds Precision we offer a wide range of services from milling and turning to grinding and fabrications, we offer a full range of manufacturing operations to meet your technical specifications including heat treatment and surface finishes like shotblast and powder coat to name but a few. Our CNC milling section is equipped with a range of Doosan and Leadwell vertical machining centres. We specialize in machining parts up to 2100mm x 675mm, giving us the capability to handle larger components with precision. We pride ourselves on being the complete manufacturing solution for our customers, we offer a full fabrication service from laser cutting, metal bending and forming and MIG and TIG welding. We can fabricate in a range of material including aluminium, steel and stainless offering rapid turnaround.
