Kent Gaskets Ltd is a UK manufacturer and supplier of industrial gaskets, sealing products and associated components, supporting customers across a wide range of industries and applications. We manufacture both standard and bespoke gaskets in-house, working from customer drawings, samples, dimensions or specifications. From one-off requirements and prototypes through to repeat production quantities, we can support a broad range of sealing needs. Our in-house capabilities include CNC knife cutting, clicker press cutting using precision-made cutting tools, and log cutting/slitting equipment for producing material strips and coils. We also use Keyence precision measurement technology for accurate dimensional inspection and quality control. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce gaskets, washers, seals, pads, strips, coils and other cut components in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and quantities. Materials we regularly work with include: • Non-asbestos fibre (CNAF) • EPDM, Nitrile (NBR), Neoprene, Viton and other solid rubbers • Sponge rubber and foam materials • Graphite, including tanged and foil-reinforced grades • PTFE and expanded PTFE • Cork and cork/rubber • Electrical insulation and specialised sheet materials • Self-adhesive backed materials • Class 0 cable matting for cable management, cable trays and flooring applications • EMI / shielding gaskets Alongside our in-house manufacturing, we source and supply a comprehensive range of standard and bespoke sealing products and associated components, including: • Spiral wound, camprofile, RTJ and metal jacketed gaskets • Flange insulation kits • Moulded seals and bespoke moulded rubber components • Oil seals • Standard and bespoke rubber extrusions • Fasteners and bolt sets to complement gasket and flange requirements • Graphite packing and die-formed graphite rings • PTFE sealing products • Polyurethane (PU) scrapers We support customers across industries including water and pumps, power generation, HVAC and building services, aerospace, rail, oil & gas, food and pharmaceutical, general engineering and manufacturing.
