Launch Robotics is a Manchester-based robotics and automation company helping UK manufacturers with practical, hands-on automation. Our team comes from automotive and medical device manufacturing, and we have delivered projects across automotive, medical devices and precision engineering. What we do Automate: Cobot integration, and complete robot systems designed and built for your process, from concept to commissioning, with training and support. Inspect and measure: machine vision for defect detection, measurement and robot guidance at line speed. We also advise on metrology equipment, program it for your parts, and help you turn the measurement data into action. Who we work with UK SME manufacturers, typically with fewer than 250 staff, dealing with repetitive manual work, hard-to-fill roles, quality escapes or slow, inconsistent measurement, and often with little in-house robotics experience. How we work We don't tie ourselves to any robot brand, so we recommend what suits your process, not our margins. We give honest advice. If automation isn't right for you, we'll say so.
