About
Metrios UK supplies non-contact optical measurement systems for fast, repeatable inspection of precision components. Part of the Carfulan Group, we support manufacturers across the UK and Ireland from our Advanced Innovation Centre in Derby. Our systems inspect multiple components in a single cycle, using automatic part recognition and positioning to measure features including diameters, distances, radii and angles. Applications include machined and turned parts, fasteners, brackets and housings, serving sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical and general engineering. We provide equipment selection and application support, demonstrations, installation, training, servicing and maintenance. Subcontract measurement services are also available for customers who need their components inspected.
