We specialise in high-volume production of small precision turned components at our Hinckley facility. Our automated Swiss Escomatic and Star CNC machines manufacture parts from 0.8 to 20 mm in diameter, using ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic materials. Operating automated production around the clock, we support customers from product design and sampling through to repeat manufacture. Additional capabilities include threading, drilling, milling, slotting and knurling, alongside component cleaning and rotary barrelling. Plating and heat treatment are provided through approved subcontractors. We supply customers across aerospace, automotive, electrical, marine and other industries. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by BSI, and we can provide PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements.
