Tioga Limited is an employee-owned UK Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) based in Derby, providing end-to-end electronics manufacturing from PCB design and assembly through to testing, box build, supply chain management, stockholding and delivery. Founded in 1996, Tioga operates around 60,000 sq ft of production space and supports the manufacture of complex and technically advanced electronic products, from prototypes through to ongoing production. Capabilities include surface mount and through-hole PCB assembly, solder paste printing, selective and wave soldering, automated optical and X-ray inspection, PCB testing, complete product and box build, cable and harness assembly, potting, conformal coating, component sourcing and outsourced product development. Tioga supports customers in medical, aerospace & defence, industrial, transport, utilities, security, communications and consumer electronics, providing a complete route from initial design and engineering support through to manufacturing, testing, warehousing and delivery.
