Vortex Fabrications Ltd is a specialist stainless steel and aluminium fabrication company based in Northamptonshire, supporting customers across aerospace, motorsport, automation and general industry. We provide a complete fabrication service from individual components and small production batches through to larger fabricated assemblies and turnkey projects. Our capabilities include TIG welding, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, sheet metalwork, pipework, tanks, bunds, skids, frames, enclosures, drip trays, brackets, manifolds, exhaust systems and bespoke fabricated components. We regularly work from customer drawings, CAD models and specifications, and can also assist with design-for-manufacture and development of bespoke components and assemblies. Recent projects have included complete aerospace test rig assemblies, stainless steel tanks and pipework, fabricated enclosures and skids, automation equipment, engine stands, workstations and repeat batches of motorsport components.
