A customer asked us to rebuild one of their wiring harnesses from a physical sample. They had no drawings or manufacturing documentation available.
The solution
We stripped it down, worked through the construction, identified the individual components and built a manufacturing process around it.
The outcome
We got it right. Three years later, we're still manufacturing it for them.
