Based at its Hinckley facility, Quantamatic specialises in the high-volume production of small precision turned components. Utilising automated Swiss Escomatic and Star CNC machinery, the company manufactures parts ranging from 0.8 mm to 20 mm in diameter from ferrous, non-ferrous, and exotic materials. Its manufacturing capabilities include threading, drilling, milling, slotting, knurling, component cleaning, and rotary barrelling, with plating and heat treatment provided through approved subcontractors. Operating around the clock, the business supports sectors such as aerospace, automotive, electrical, and marine from design and sampling through to repeat manufacture. Quantamatic holds ISO 9001:2015 certification from BSI and can provide PPAP documentation.
