Buyers can mark projects as NDA-required. Suppliers see a redacted version and must sign the standard Industrial Connected NDA before viewing protected details.
Uploading your own NDA document is not supported yet. Every project uses the standard Industrial Connected template, so the audit trail stays consistent for both sides.
An NDA is signed per project. It covers that one project between that buyer and that supplier, so the same two parties sign again on a new project. Signing an NDA does not release contact details: those are shared only when both sides consent through contact exchange.
Every signature is stamped, IP-logged and available in your NDA register.
