Can I appear in the directory without paying?
You can register and start building a supplier profile for free. Public directory visibility requires Directory Listing or higher. Opportunity applications require Core membership credits or a Professional/Premium plan.
How are leads refunded?
If a buyer cancels a project before any introductions are released, every applicant gets their credit back automatically.
Do you take a percentage of the deal?
No. The project value you agree with the other party is yours. Industrial Connected does not deduct a percentage from awarded work. Suppliers pay for their membership and, where applicable, application credits. Those are fixed, published charges rather than a share of your contract value.
