How verification works

Verified by work-email domain check; Companies House is a recommended advisory.

1 min readReviewed by the IC team

You become Verified the moment you confirm a 6-digit code sent to your work email - provided the email domain matches your company website and isn't a free provider (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). That's the only required step.

A Companies House check is strongly recommended but not required. Adding it confirms you're a real registered UK company and can add up to 5 points to your Trust Score. Public liability insurance and quality certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, NADCAP) are optional and add further trust points.
