The Trust Score™ is built from seven genuine trust signals, totalling 100 points:

  • Verification. 30 pts (reviewed by Industrial Connected)
  • Buyer reviews. 20 pts (verified buyer reviews, scaled by count)
  • Credentials & certifications. 15 pts (insurance + ISO 9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP / IATF / Cyber Essentials)
  • Profile quality. 15 pts (description, capabilities, case studies, imagery)
  • Response behaviour. 10 pts (response rate, speed, application quality)
  • Companies House verification. 5 pts (active UK registration)
  • Project success. 5 pts (delivered projects, scaled by ratings)

Easiest points to earn (in order)

  1. Confirm Companies House (+5 pts). takes 30 seconds, no upload.
  2. Complete verification (+30 pts). submit identity, insurance, website, business email.
  3. Upload current insurance (+5 pts).
  4. Upload ISO 9001 or equivalent (+5 pts).
  5. Add 2 case studies and complete your capabilities (+up to 6 pts).
  6. Reply to enquiries within hours (+up to 10 pts).

Account tenure does not count toward Trust Score™. a newly verified, well-reviewed supplier can score as highly as a long-standing one.
